Terms and Conditions
1. What this is
These terms are an agreement between you and The Armory Enterprises LLC, doing business as Organized.Health ("we", "us"). They cover our website, the member portal, the iOS app, and our text messages. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Organized.Health helps you organize your medical life: your records, medications, appointments, and the administrative work of being chronically ill.
Organized.Health is not a medical provider. We don't practice medicine, give medical advice, diagnose, or treat, and nothing in the product replaces your doctor. If you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room. Don't message us.
2. Early access
Organized.Health is new, and parts of it are still being built.
- Features will change. They will appear, move, and sometimes be removed.
- We may pause or end parts of the service. If we end something that holds your information, we'll give you notice and time to export it first.
- Nothing here promises a future feature, price, or launch date.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms for you, and they're responsible for your use of the service.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
- One account per person. To let someone help you, add them to your care team instead of sharing your sign-in.
4. Your content
Everything you put into Organized.Health stays yours: your records, answers, messages, and photos.
You give us permission to store, display, and process your content only to run the service for you, including sending it where you direct, such as to a provider or your care team. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account is closed, except for the access log described in our Privacy Policy.
- We do not use your content to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
- We do not sell your content, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Feature requests. If you suggest a feature, we may build it and discuss it with other members. We don't owe you payment for a suggestion we use, and we won't put your name on anything public without asking.
Quoting you. We will ask you first before quoting you anywhere, and saying no costs you nothing.
5. Requesting your medical records
When you ask us to request your records from a provider:
- You authorize us to contact that provider on your behalf and to send them your request, your signed authorization, and a copy of your photo ID.
- You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are the patient or legally authorized to act for the patient.
- You accept the risks of electronic transmission. We send requests by fax through a provider under a business associate agreement, but information in transit can still be intercepted.
- The provider decides how and when to respond. Providers may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee for copies, as federal law allows. We don't control their response time, their fees, or the accuracy of their records.
- Records a provider sends us are added to your account for you.
6. What you agree not to do
- Break the law using the service
- Try to access anyone else's information
- Attack, overload, or interfere with the service, or try to get around its security
- Upload malware or anything designed to cause harm
- Scrape the service, or resell access to it
- Impersonate anyone, request someone else's records without legal authority, or add someone to a care team under false pretenses
- Use the service to give medical advice to other people
Found a security problem? Email support@organized.health. We welcome good-faith reports and won't pursue researchers who report responsibly, avoid other people's data, and give us reasonable time to fix the problem.
7. Caregivers and care teams
You can give other people access to parts of your account. Portal questionnaire invitations cover questionnaires only. Care team members in the app can be given view or edit access to specific areas, or full access.
- You control it. Add, change, or remove anyone at any time, and it takes effect immediately.
- You're responsible for who you add. We confirm an email address works, but we can't verify that someone is who they say they are.
- Anyone who accepts an invitation agrees to these terms too.
8. Text messages
Program: Organized.Health account notifications.
Opting in: text messages are optional and off until you turn them on. To turn them on, you verify your mobile number in Settings with a one-time code, then separately agree to the consent language shown on that page. Consent is not a condition of using Organized.Health.
What we send: notifications about your account, such as a new message or questionnaire in your portal, records request updates, and account and security notices. We send no marketing messages. Our texts never include health information.
Frequency: message frequency varies depending on activity in your account.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message, or turn texts off in Settings. We may send one final message confirming you've opted out. After you reply STOP, your carrier blocks our texts until you reply START.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@organized.health.
Coverage: US mobile numbers only. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changing your number: if you change or give up your mobile number, update it in Settings or reply STOP first, so we don't text whoever gets the number next.
Privacy: your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. They are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
9. Leaving
- Delete your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Some of it you can delete immediately in the app, and we'll delete the rest within 30 days of your request.
- Close your account at any time.
- Export your data at any time.
Access-log entries survive deletion for at least six years. They record that something happened, never what it contained.
We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. Unless the law prevents it, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your data first.
10. What we don't promise
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard on reliability, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose.
We're not responsible for medical decisions. Organized.Health helps you organize information. It doesn't tell you what that information means. Talk to your doctor.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says can't be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we'll post them here with a new date. For material changes, we'll tell you directly before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can export your data and close your account.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
There is no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver. Before filing a claim, please email support@organized.health so we can try to resolve it.
If you live somewhere whose consumer-protection laws give you rights these terms can't take away, those rights still apply.
13. General
- These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
- If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce part of these terms right away, that doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
- You can't transfer these terms to someone else. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, and the Privacy Policy still protects your information if that happens.
