Why the call team is the paid part
Almost everything else in this app is software doing what software does. The appointment calls are different: they are staffed by people who sit through the hold music, work the phone tree, and negotiate with a scheduler. That has a real hourly cost, and pretending otherwise would mean either doing it badly or quietly funding it by selling something we have promised not to sell.
We do not sell your health data. That is the constraint that shapes the pricing model, and we would rather be direct about the trade-off than vague about it.
